SPA POLICIES

Appointments

  • Arrival at our door must be no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to avoid rushed treatments and as a courtesy to the next customer
  • Sorry - WALK-INS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
  • If you are a new customer for Laser & Light Technology treatments, please know & understand that there will be a consultation form to fill out which will take about 3 minutes before service will start. Please arrive a few minutes earlier.
  • Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. As a reminder, we provide phone call or leave a message on your voice mail a day before your scheduled treatment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at: 204-888-0099 or email us at: ageless-spa@live.ca at least 48 hours in advance. NO SHOW or SAME DAY or less than 48 hours cancellation for WHATEVER reason(s) is a charge of $25 plus GST & PST.
  • Customers are encouraged to diarized their confirmed booking or appointment. All booked or confirmed appointments must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number and expiry date.
  • Missed appointments are not only a lost business from you but also potential lost business from other customers who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please understand.
  • Third Party vouchers or coupons such as Groupon are FORFEITED, and in most cases, will be marked REDEEMED if a scheduled appointment is missed.
  • Please let us know at the time of booking an appointment of any health conditions or contraindications that could be in conflict with your booked spa treatment. This will ensure that safety of both you the customer and spa staff.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Please be sure of your product purchase before opening packages. If you are unhappy with your purchase, products must remain un-opened and may be returned within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee applies towards all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS – returns or exchanges must be done within 48 hours, otherwise it will not be accepted back.
  • On Packaged Spa Treatments, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be honoured if first treatment has been completed OR the first scheduled treatment has been made. Receipts provided to customers are marked “NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE” as a reminder.

Gratuity

  • Gratuities are customary and truly appreciated …!
  • Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa treatment packages, customary tipping runs between 10% and 20% and is of course at customer’s discretion.
  • Cash tipping is preferred but can also be applied to credit card payments.

 

 

ETIQUETTE

  • As a courtesy to other customers, we ask that customers refrain from bringing any outside food, drink, or alcohol to the spa. Should your treatment last for up to 5 hours and you need to replenish your energy at some point, feel free to let us know if you wish to leave time between treatments to enjoy lunch outside the spa.
  • Communicating with your Esthetician is a norm and we appreciate you expressing how to best optimize your experience. Feel free to verbalize preferences of music volume, level of exfoliation or extraction, facial massage pressure, and so on.
  • Most spa treatments are intended for adults. Customers must be 18 years or older to experience spa treatments. Customers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult and may be required to sign a waiver.
  • As forms of payment, we accept debit card, Visa or Mastercard. Prices and services or treatments are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If a Gift Certificate or Third-Party voucher or coupon is being used for your visit, it must be presented before spa treatment starts. If for any reason, you forgot or misplaced it, an alternative payment must be made and your Gift Certificate or Voucher or Coupon will remain valid for future visit.

Covid-19 Protocols

Ageless Spa & Boutique Inc. is OPEN FOR BUSINESS and would like to address new changes to help keep you safe when coming for treatment. We are taking extra safety precautions such as cleaning and frequently sanitizing by wiping door handles and surfaces with prescribed disinfecting wipes or spray (70% alcohol).

FOR THE SAFETY of our staff and you, our valued customers:

  • upon arrival, you must remain at the door until called by staff;
  • you MUST wear masks and MUST sanitize your hands before and after each treatment;
  • please phone to let us know if you have Covid-19 symptoms (fever, cough, trouble breathing, sore throat, etc) or you have travelled outside Manitoba in the last 14 days - we will POSTPONE OR CANCEL treatments;
  • we limit one customer per treatment (manicure, pedicure, facial, laser hair removal, etc) inside the facility;
  • we will NOT allow walk-ins at this time.
